Position Description

As an LPN on our team as the Isabella Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing Care, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care to resident/patients in our long-term care facility under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator and/or RN.

Qualifications

  • Certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
  • NYS LPN license required
  • Good clinical patient care skills
  • Valid BCLS
