We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Ambulatory Care team of a premier outpatient center in Brooklyn, affiliated with one of New York City's top medical institutions. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative, fast-paced clinic setting—without the demands of nights or weekends.

Registered Nurse (RN) Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in an ambulatory/outpatient setting
• Assess patient needs, perform clinical procedures, and provide health education
• Coordinate care, follow up on diagnostic tests and treatment plans
• Support chronic disease management and wellness visits
• Document accurately in the EMR and communicate effectively with care teams

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• Current New York State RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, ambulatory or primary care preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS a plus
